I am detail-oriented and impact-driven user experience designer and storyteller. A Taiwanese designer currently working in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

I am deeply passionate about tackling intricate challenges, breaking down their complexities, and transforming them into tangible, easily understandable solutions.

 

With approximately 3 years in consumer-facing and 2 years in partner-facing roles, I've gained comprehensive insights into both ends. Currently, my focus is on enhancing hotel partners-facing products and optimizing the overall partner communication experience.
